A 35-year-old man suffers from low back pain and he only experienced two days. He claims that the pain comes from lifting a heavy object and that he has achieved the same type of damage over the past decade. His pain is very serious, he encountered a lot of trouble when moving. He had some trouble with deep breathing and needed some help to enter the treatment center during his first visit. His left side pain is more severe and seems to radiate to the left hip, but not on his lap. He had not received MRI, but had an X-ray after the last injury two years ago, and his doctor said there were some disc herniations around L4 or L5. He was advised to seek MRI and agreed that he would ask his doctor to test.
His other symptoms include general fatigue and some weight gain over the past few years. Weight gain mainly occurs around his abdomen. After sexual activity, he also tends to have some low back pain. After some minor palpation, people found most of the pain felt around his left temporal area.
His tongue was pale, with some swelling on his sides and some teeth. His pulse is slightly weak and particularly weak in the kidneys.
Diagnosis: Acute sprains in the lower back lead to stagnant blood and lack of kidney and spleen organs.

In addition, it aims to promote the nourishment of the kidneys and spleen to help prevent recurrence.
