Just because something is hard to do and involves more does not mean it will necessarily be more effective. For example, a 10km run burns more calories than half the run. But why ran 10 kilometers and you can do two 5km running? It is much better to install two 5km runways in your weekly schedule than to work hard on a 10k run on Sunday. These diets are not only extreme, but also so. The consequences are rarely discussed, and the potential benefits are of concern to everyone. Even if you can use your will to achieve these achievements, it does not mean that you should do so.

But why not use the same motivation for things that are not so extreme? from

  Has it proved useful? You need to follow a balanced diet. Progress may be slower and more realistic. But these benefits are guaranteed and there is no price.
