Would Acupuncture Help Lessen My Hair Shedding?

If you have experienced severe hair loss from restless hair loss, then you know that you are sometimes willing to try almost any treatment to see some improvement or relief. Despite the large external toppings used on the outside of the body and on the scalp, many people are skeptical about these treatments because this type of hair loss is thought to have internal triggers.

Therefore, many people are looking for internal treatment methods. An example is acupuncture. I heard someone say, "A few days ago, my stylist found my hair loss and suggested that I go to see her acupuncturist. She swears that this procedure is not injured and said it helps solve multiple problems. My hair loss is probably just a temporary rest period hair loss, I am not sure these little ones are useful for me. Is it?"

Before I try to answer this question, I must make it clear that I am not a specialist and have no medical or personal experience. All I know is from people who have commented on their own experiences on my blog and passed my own research.

The idea behind most Chinese medicine [and acupuncture] is to create a balance within your body. The idea is that when something in your body is out of balance, you will see it in a place where your body is sick or unwell. As you may already know, acupuncture is currently used to improve a variety of medical problems. In hair loss disease, the goal is twice. The first is to supplement or provide a balance for the body. The second goal is to provide increased blood flow and stimulation to the scalp, which is why the needle is often placed there.

I used to ask people to send messages on my blog and said they think the program will help them one day, but they are not sure if it will help alleviate the stress or other things they feel after surgery. I have not told anyone that this program completely cured them, but it does not surprise or frustrate me. This makes sense because when you think that the whisker is falling off means that the trigger has placed your hair in the shedding or rest phase and the trigger has to be removed [and the hair has to enter the growth phase] to stop.

Now, if your trigger is related to a medical defect that acupuncture can help, then it is reasonable to have some success in this area. Moreover, I was told that this program helps to balance their hormones. If hormones are your potential cause, then this is also a positive consideration.

But if your hair loss is the result of an event such as surgery or childbirth, then time may be your best medicine because you have to wait for the hair to re-enter the growth phase. This is not to say that there is no benefit in increasing the blood flow to your scalp. Most people think this process is relaxing and painless. Therefore, I did not see any damage even if it only provided relief pressure and increased blood flow. Unless you try, you won't know if these benefits are beyond it.
